We had a wonderful Emmaus event at our church on Saturday evening, April 16th. It was a big reunion group where all of the guests were pampered with a wonderful meal and service. The event was intended to help everyone recall their walk, and to encourage each other to sponsor someone this year.
The Walk to Emmaus is a Christian retreat that ironically does not involve a whole lot of walking. Instead, it is a camp-like environment where you will hear some wonderful speakers, and have some wonderful experiences.
